The Eb and flow as the waves break hard
This is the sound of the sea
Swing back and forth with the eb and flow
And put your mind at ease.

Seagulls fly high on clear blue skies
Minnows swim far and swim deep
Cime down where the sound of seagulls abound
Come down where the sea meets the beach.

Come down for a day Come down and stay
Come down and escape from the heat
Come down to just put your mind at ease
Come down to a New Jersey Beach.

Join the play in the surf and sand
Stroll with your love and dream
Swim and surf in the roaring waves
Bask in the sun and sleep.

Take a boat and sail for a day
Let your cares and worries flee
Float off for a time while you clear your mind
Down here where the land meets the sea.
