Oh I remember long slow dances with you
dear in my arms,

And I remember long romances with all
their worldly charms.

Oh I remember long cold winters that
melted into springs,

Oh I remember so well how in love we
first fell in those good old days.

Those long enchanted walks together

we took through our home park.

Those warm and tender embraces we held

when it grew oh so dark.

We'd cuddle up so close together

and to each other say,

Will we remember then

or will we forget when

these are the good old days.

Oh I remember long hot summers

that slowly cooled to fall,

And I remember pretty green forests

whose color change would awe.

Oh I remember picnics and clam bakes

when we would sit and say,

Though the seasons will change

our love will always remain

of the good old days.
