And Play My Saxophone"


When ever I meet up with trouble
along the trail of life alone.

I praise the Lord for this God given
talent to play my saxophone!

And then I play like no tomorrow

a tribute to the blues !

For the Lord knows only too well

I have paid my dues!


I play a song unto the Angels

And I play it with all my might

And I pray that Brother Gabraile

Will let me pass through another
night.


Let us all give praise for what the
Good Lord has given us

And for each and every day that we
stand up and play again


For life is full of many sorrows yet
at times much happiness

And for my being able to keep
playing on my saxophone

And Pray to God I'll see tomorrow
and that I'll never be alone

As long as I can praise God And play my
Saxophone.
